Free Pilot Lighting Service from Pensacola Energy
At Pensacola Energy, we’re committed to ensuring your home stays comfortable and safe. If the pilot light on your natural gas appliance has gone out, our team is here to help with free pilot lighting services and next-business-day scheduling.
How It Works
One of our friendly service representatives will come to your home to relight your appliance’s pilot light. To schedule this service:
- Call us at 850-474-5300 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Make sure someone 18 years or older is present during the scheduled visit.
Please note: Our free service is available for residential appliances equipped with pilot lights. This does not include appliances with electronic ignition systems.
Important Information
To avoid delays, ensure your account is active before scheduling service. If your account is inactive, reactivation is required before we can assist. In some cases, a $20 service fee (plus tax and franchise fee) may apply.
Need Repairs?
While we’re happy to assist with pilot lighting and initial inspections for new service activation, Pensacola Energy does not perform repairs or maintenance on natural gas appliances. If your appliance needs repairs, we recommend choosing a licensed and reputable natural gas contractor for the job.
