Pensacola Energy customers will soon have a faster, easier, and more flexible way to manage their utility payments. The company is preparing to launch a new online bill payment system designed to make managing your account quicker and more convenient.
The upgraded platform will give customers greater flexibility, including the ability to receive bill notifications by email or text, enroll in AutoPay to avoid late payments, and go paperless with digital bills, reminders, and receipts. Customers will also be able to pay by text from their mobile device, making it easier than ever to stay on top of monthly bills.
The new system expands payment choices as well. Customers can pay using credit card, debit card, eCheck, PayPal, or mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments may be scheduled ahead of time before the due date, and an automated phone payment option will allow bills to be paid anytime, even when the office is closed.
